Canadian Orders:
As a Canadian company we are able to give Canadian shoppers much lower shipping rates than our American competitors. Of course, there are also no import duties, customs or brokers fees either. Most products are delivered safely and securly by Canada Post or UPS, and are dispatched following a confirmed order and based upon a stock availabily check. All shipping and delivery expenses are to be borne by the customer and are clearly indicated on the online purchasing form. Please contact us at info@uktreats.com if you have a large order to place, and we can get shipping quotes from various companies for you.
American Orders: We are able to offer shipment to USA customers via our USA based warehouses. Shipping prices are still in Canadian dollars.
Your UK Treats account gives you the ability to send orders to a number of different delivery addresses. Please confirm which address you wish our order to be delivered to once you have placed your order. If you have any special requirements or requests please let us know at the point of order so that we can endeavour to make these happen for you. - Delivery

UK Treats offers delivery service to communities in and around Calgary Alberta Canada for a nominal amount per order. These communities include:
Calgary, Cochrane, Canmore, Exshaw, Priddis, Bragg Creek, Okotoks, High River, Langdon, Strathmore, Chestermere, Balzac, Airdrie
If this option is applicable to your location and is your preference, please choose ‘Local Delivery’ in the shopping cart. For orders over $500, there may be an additional delivery charge. At UK Treats, we want you to be happy with your purchases. If for any reason you are disappointed with the quality of the product please return them to us and we will either exchange them or give you a store credit. If your order has been sent to a destination within Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside of Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through UK Treats. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau.
Important information:- Food items are not returnable.
- Items should be returned new, and undamaged.
- Returns that are damaged or used will not be accepted.
- Please send all items you wish to return in the same shipment to ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

Please note that all our prices on our website and catalogue are in Canadian dollars not including GST. If your order is being delivered within Canada then your bill will include GST. If your order is being delivered outside Canada then your bill will exclude GST, but you will be responsible for paying any applicable custom fees and import duties when you receive your package. Please see the shipping section for more information.
